It also has a supplementary tagline of "Perform better. Eat right." The overall message is "breathe right, beat right, defeat right: eat right". If you eat right, you'll breathe better, you'll have a better heart, and you'll knockout your defeats with better eats. Accomplish the impossible! If you eat right, you'll do better on the inside and out. The following posters illustrate how eating right relates to an individual's performance internally and externally.
